Over 135 Artist exhibiting all mediums in this juried arts festival in Olde Towne Portsmouth. The festival has continuous entertainment and a children's area. Each year, the festival gives away $6,000 in awards. This year the festival will be held May 13-14, 2006. The festival benefits EDMARC Hospice for Children.
