The NNAC supports the City Council in its effort to maintain and improve the performing and fine arts in the City. It brings attention to the continuing needs, as well as the services of the various arts activities in the city and regularly reviews programs and facilities for the performing arts to assure artistic growth and quality, and submits appropriate funding recommendations to city council.
