Unique among choral organizations in the Hampton Roads area, Schola Cantorum is now in its fifth season providing professional quality choral presentations as a small ensemble select chorus of 24 choral singers. Originally formed at a local college in 1995, the chorus has recently reorganized and become an independent organization. The cantorum traditionally produces a series of choral presentations with orchestra in the Fall/Winter season and a highly renowned a cappella performance series in the Spring.
