The BCAS seeks to provide stronger sustained annual operating support for established and emerging arts and cultural organizations by increasing and broadening the base of business contributions to arts and cultural organizations who have tax-exempt status, and who own or rent facilities and provide regular performances or exhibits in the South Hampton Roads area. Grants for general operating support to qualified arts and cultural organizations are awarded on an annual basis.
